"Journaling, when it becomes a ritual for transformation, is not only life-changing but life-expanding" – Jen Williamson
How we start our days determines how we spend our days. How we spend each day determines our future. What is more important than beginning and ending each day with clear intentions, a positively focused mindset, and conscious reflection? When we get into the habit of Journaling, it brings many incredible benefits to us. It helps us develop self-awareness, pay attention to what is going on within us, focus on our most important goals, to feel relieved, and to think positively. So take 5 minutes from your 1000 minutes each day to journal. It will positively impact the remaining 995 minutes. When you journal, you will be focused and positive throughout the day. Trust me; these 5 minutes will not only be your best minutes; it will make the rest of your day extraordinary.
This journal includes the following:
Morning routines:
Gratitude: The best way to start our day is to remind ourselves of our blessings and be grateful for them. Counting our blessings and being grateful for them results in being more positive, happy, getting better sleep, and having a greater sense of well-being.
Focus: Helps us to prioritize and accomplish our important tasks.
Daily affirmation: It puts us in the driver's seat of our mind. It is a positive statement that
defines us as we want to be. Every time we write the daily affirmation, we prime our brain to
start building this belief in our minds. With consistency, we will begin to create that change
from within. If you are not familiar with daily affirmation, please check the internet to learn
more about them and see examples.
Additional features:
Success and Growth Planner: To help you set meaningful goals and create an action plan to help you accomplish your ambitious goals
Tasklist: To list tasks you plan to complete during the day
Reminders: To write reminders about important events
Ideas space: To capture your ideas so that you don't forget about them
Notes: To write any important note about your work or your life
Evening routine: To review the day and reflect; what went well and what you could do better
Weekly and Yearly Check-in: To help you assess your progress and keep you motivated to work towards your big goals
